Who may buy in Ellenwood
You must be 18 or older and able to contract under U.S. law. The catalog is adult women’s dresses, tops, and layers. We do not sell to children. Placing an order on moodywear.shop is an offer to buy; we accept when the credit card captures.
Cards and the credit card
Prices are in USD. Checkout is by credit card. We pack after authorization. Photos show the piece; screens shift color. The sizes on the product page are the sizes we have. We may cancel a non-U.S. address, a failed payment, or an obvious listing error, and refund the original credit card.
We ship only to the United States. A foreign address is cancelled and refunded. Standard U.S. shipping is free ($0.00) with no minimum, as stated on the Shipping Policy.
Risk after the Georgia scan
Title and risk of loss pass at the first carrier scan. Free U.S. shipping and the 30-day RMA window are in the Shipping and Return policies, which are part of this contract.
Georgia law and venue
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, except where federal law applies. Venue is Florida unless a statute requires another forum. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Liability card

Our total liability for a piece is the amount you paid for that piece, except where the law forbids a cap (including a proven manufacturing defect we failed to remedy).
